Kobor Corp. to Woodhaven - Queens Chronicle

The Splendid Music Box Company last week signed a lease to move its warehouse operations from Long Island City to Woodhaven, according to Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, a commercial and industrial real estate brokerage company that facilitated the deal.
The 5,500 square-foot space at 100-10 91st Ave. will be used for the main operations of the company, said Grant Dolgin, who brokered the deal for Kalmon Dolgin.    The Splendid Music Box Company, which is owned by importer and exporter Kobor Corporation, manufactures music and jewelry boxes, and other assorted trinkets.
Their new space is part of a 60,000 square-foot two-story property that houses other tenants, including a 99 cent store.
Fewer than 10 employees are expected to work at the new location.
The owner of the building was asking for $10 per square foot as part of the lease, Dolgin said.
Kalmon Dolgin operates a portfolio of over six million square feet of industrial, office, medical and retail space in 10 states including New York.
